Poorest Sales and customer service. The sales guy is extremely blunt - no mannerism, no etiquette’s and on top of that shows unnecessary attitude to a customer who’s willing to spend 20+ lakhs on buying a car. This is the first time in my life I’ve come across a sales guy having a chip on his shoulder.

I have been following up with them for the arrival of Sierra. They called me up yesterday to visit the showroom. I specially went there and was a very unfortunate visit. No body bothered to attend. I managed to check the car myself. All the staff were busy doing nothing. Sitting on their tables with their phones. I asked a staff to call someone to atleast give me details. Someone came and went within minutes. Before exiting i asked a staff that I wish to meet the manager. She guided me to the VP. And the VP was busy doing nothing in the cabin too. Such casual behaviour displayed by the staff. How can you lose a customer like this?? I wasnt there to buy a bicycle but an expensive car. This needs immediate attention
