The front desk and sales persons are very good. The seniors need to understand that they should have some patience and not disturb the junior staff when they are talking to potential customers. After all, the juniors are the main reason for the growth for business.

Very pathetic service 3rd class They will sink Tata motor once day. Avoid visit unwanted charges, They will never do satisfactory work of Any customer. Never give delivery on time. Hues bill never explained.

Worst experience in tata service centre ever, first time visited here, customer waiting area was worst, no water facility, no tea or coffe asked, no television working. Nothing was there.

Pathetic experience. For normal(free) service it took 6 hours and even after the car was ready, it took the staff 1.5 hours to complete billing process. Experience at Wazirabad service centre is much better.
