Dear prospective Customers of Volvo Cars, I m the owner of VOLVO xc 90 new, car is very trendy and interiors are great. I good car for self drive but be ready to send your car to service station every month. Quality of interior part are like MARUTI car. Same work they do 3 times and every time they say it will not repeat. Very poor service and all workshop people are there to make fool of customers by talking nicely. No customer servicing in Volvo. The best car brands are TOYOTA and HONDA. But only when u have all other SUV's of that price range. Congrats to Volvo for making me fool !!!!!!

I had just gone to take a test drive of the vehicle, turned out that the sales executive Mr.Atul was very well versed with the technical information about the car!! He is an excellent guy.. made me take the decision to buy a XC90.. the ambience of the showroom was also very nice.. not to forget it was well sanitized and they took good care..

The customer service in the workshop is unfortunately very bad. Service is constantly delayed, own commitments are not kept and jobs are executed badly.

Good showroom, staff is very good and well behaved, very fruitful experience with Mr. Atul. One should consider this swede volvo if you are going for any volvo car, I visited there workshop for pdi of my vehicle no issues over there also. Workshop is also beautifully maintained and staff is very generous in workshop.

Stay away from Swede Volvo. They cheat customers and don’t deliver car after taking money. Had a very bad experience. They are a mole for Brand Volvo. Manager Vivek Ahluwalia is very arrogant and gives a damn about customer. He is unfit as manager. I would have given negative stars.

Very bad service, never have parts, misogynist staff, they don’t respect women and think they don’t know about car or parts or service. Kindly avoid them, I have two cars from them but service is so bad they’re bringing bad name to volvo brand
