Tata Showroom Mohan Nagar SAB Motors

My experience with SAB Motors Mohan Nagar has been absolutely terrible. I own a Tata Nexon 2023 and they charged me almost ₹20,000 claiming they would perform wheel balancing and wheel alignment. The price itself was almost double the market rate, but since I had purchased my car from them and had done multiple services there earlier, I trusted them and allowed the work. Later I got the car inspected by another mechanic and the truth was shocking ~wheel balancing and alignment were never done at all. On top of that, the engine oil had become completely bad, which clearly shows that it was not changed properly in the previous services either. In simple words, they charged full money while doing almost nothing except a basic mini service. This is not poor service ~ this is outright cheating. The problems don’t stop there: Extremely careless and unskilled service staff Very poor management and zero accountability Rude and unprofessional behaviour Dirty service area with horrible toilet smell For an authorised dealership, this place operates like a roadside garage but charges premium prices. I feel completely cheated and angry after trusting them for servicing my car. If you value your car and your money, stay far away from SAB Motors Mohan Nagar.

Tried to get my nexon serviced here. When i reached they said car will be delivered next day morning. As I tried to get inside the servicing area, they said cat won’t be delivered before evening of next day. These guys don’t want to work or entertain any customer.

My Nexon ran for 50,000 and it was 2.5 years old. There was a noise coming from the bearings of my car which is covered under warranty. But here Satish ji said that the bearings have warranty only up to 40,000, whereas the company gives a warranty of 1 lakh km. So cheater Mohan Nagar service center.
