Extremely Disappointing Car Buying Experience My experience purchasing a car has been extremely disappointing and far below the standards one would expect from a reputed automobile brand. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unsatisfactory customer handling throughout the process have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Buying a car is a significant financial decision, and customers expect transparency, timely assistance, and a smooth, hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. The way my concerns have been handled reflects a serious lack of customer focus and accountability. What is even more disappointing is the lack of ownership in resolving the issue, despite the expectations set by the brand. A customer should not have to repeatedly follow up or escalate matters to receive basic support. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in the dealership and the brand. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, investigates the matter, and improves its customer service standards so that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience. A premium brand should deliver a premium customer experience—not just sell a car and leave the customer to deal with the consequences.

Pathetic and rude dealership. Scheduled a test drive of skoda kushaq 1.5, via salesman called Raj Kumar . However when we reached, he was nowhere to be found , not responding to mine or the receptionist calls - and frankly gone missing in action. After 20 min the gentleman is finally found , wherein the guy is nonchalantly sipping tea and rudely telling the customer that he was always there, both me and receptionist must be calling someone else. Imagine if this is how they treat prospective customer , the kind of rotten service they must be providing to actual consumers. Pathetic dealership.

Excellent service experience — a refreshing change! I recently visited Ring Road Škoda with my Kylaq for a persistent rattling noise from the front passenger-side door/trim area. I had been trying to get this issue resolved for more than a year and had already made multiple visits to another Škoda workshop without a proper permanent solution. This time, Sundar took care of my car, and I was genuinely impressed with the way he handled the concern. Rather than dismissing the noise as insignificant, he took the time to look into it properly and identify the likely root cause. The door plastic/trim panel was found to be loose and was secured properly. The rattling was fixed in a single visit. After spending so much time trying to get the same issue addressed, it was honestly a huge relief to finally have someone take ownership and resolve it properly. I also had a couple of accessories pending for some time, including a puddle lamp and spoiler. These were handled promptly as well, without unnecessary delays or repeated requests to come back another day. What stood out to me was not just the technical work, but the attitude towards the customer. Sundar listened to the concern, took ownership and focused on getting the job done. A special thanks to Sundar and the Ring Road Škoda team for the excellent service. This is exactly what I expect from an authorised Škoda workshop — listen, diagnose, take ownership and resolve the issue. Highly appreciated. Keep up the good work!

Mr Manish was extremely unhelpful. Sharing some remarks. Horrible service: - sent the car back without checking with the customer if all things are resolved - ⁠added things that were not required in this service saying they were “optional” without telling me this upfront - ⁠refused discount which was initially not possible, but suddenly possible when I spoke to Mr Suraj Will be leaving a strongly worded review on all social media platforms. Thanks, never getting a service done from you again.

Very poor customer service by their workshop. My Kodiaq was sent for coating and while delivering the car I have no feedback from the service advisor, neither a work order nor an invoice sent to me by the advisor, leave aside a feedback. Had to escalate to the service GM post which again the advisor did not call and the driver calling to drop the car. I get much better customer service from Nexa on a car which is one third of the Kodiaq price. Škoda is losing its brand value coz of such lackadaisical approach. The quality of coating details and dirt speaks for the level of quality delivered in the attached pictures. Think twice before approaching them.
