Pathetic service they have, not timely at all. Senior staff is rude and keeps putting blame on junior staff which is unethical to save their mistakes. They are not able to manage a basic service and think twice before you buy skoda. Car and company is good but their service center is below average. Car was more cleaner when I handed over for service and it came back like this
