I had sent the car to body shop for denting and painting. They had performed a very poor job. It was not properly painted so I had to re-send the car to body shop. There is no supervision of work done by the painter.

There should be coordination between renault sukhrali workshop and insurance team which use to sit at Sec 15 , lack of coordination and communications which leads to customer dissatisfaction. Companies like united needs to be barred for increase in customer service levels

Rep was very amicable and proactive in addressing the concern and took care of the vehicle really well. Infrastructure is extremely poor, there are no chairs to sit, whatever are available are in pathetic condition. Service center really need to bring up the standard.
