Forgot to review. But having bought an Altroz XM+ from them back in 2022, when their showroom was on the opposite side of the road. Back then the place was seemingly congested yes, but the experience was to the fullest i.e. despite the lack of space they had every model available. Had gotten the car in just one day. Most vehicles were & are still readily available for the test drive. The staff was really helpful and understanding. Mr Aman, the auto representative was really helpful as well. Helped me walkthrough the entire procedure & other necessary things around not just the car but even Tata motors in general. They are even helpful as of today if I face a problem or want any help regarding an accessory kit. Having been to the new building, they have dedicated different spaces for different sections like accessories is bit on the corner end side with respective people there for help. Went there regarding the antenna for my car & the accessories representative walked out with me towards the car to check for the fix. The representatives still keep me updated about new upgrades (accessories mostly) available for the car.

We had a wonderful experience visiting this Tata motors car showroom as we were planning to purchase a car this year and we were shown different options including five Tiago electric cars and many more. However we chose Tata Nexon to be our perfect partner or a family member. The person who took us through the whole process was Mr sham and he made sure that our purchase goes hassle free and we have a smile. When we leave the showroom with a purchase he made sure that the colour which was Prakhar was available and the ceremony is done well including the cakecutting and curtain ceremony. I think we took only a month to complete all the financial details and true submission with the person assigned to us for our purchase. We were as happy as someone could be happy to have a child in the home. we named our car caterpillar and we are sure that we will be looking forward to Tata for more future purchases.
