Very poor experience. We went to mgf with a lot of hopes as we were looking to buy the hyryder. However the team at the showroom had no interest in showing the vehicles. The manager was busy chatting on the phone the whole time. They did not even care to tell us about the colours of the vehicle and just handed us a feature list with cost

Not upto the mark sales and management team. This is the typical problem with such showrooms that they don't know customer dealings and only running after brand names. They themselves are sitting with hands in pocket.

Toyota should be ashamed that they have a dealer like MGF that has uneducated badly behaved managers like Mr Lait Kumar. Two times I have visited them, two times they have scratched / splashed paint on my car and no apologies... no remote.. just passing the buck and turning around and simply blaming the customer even though a scratch less mint car was given to them in the morning and they have the photos in their own system to attest to that... Most horrible incompetent dealer

The insurance renewal process was extremely disappointing and poorly managed. I faced multiple issues during renewal, and there was a clear lack of proper communication and support from the team. Despite reaching out for assistance, the responses were delayed and not helpful, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. Such a critical process should be smooth and well-coordinated, but the current experience reflects poor customer service and inefficient handling of renewals. The company seriously needs to improve its communication, response time, and overall customer support to avoid such problems for customers in the future.
