locality is very dusty and you can face huge traffic jam in day hours. I Staff is not matured or committed, I visit there to enquire SUV, even no one ask for a glass of water in this peek hot. I was wondering here and there who is going to help by giving relevant details about SUV. Finally one sales executive contact me and he was not so keen to get the deal done. Even he promise the test drive at my home location but no one has contacted me till date.

Efficient in terms of car service. However if you have an AMEX card, becareful while making payment as the cashier's card machine will not work and you will end up calling up AMEX. Carry alternate cards instead or Cash.

Situated in the back of beyond, through crowded roads, your first impression of MGF when you walk in to the service advisor area might mimic one of walking into a govt office. Advisors with stern expressions working on old desktop computers with clanky erased keyboards within small cubicles that barely have elbow room and yet seem to be cluttered with all kinds of papers, coffee mugs and the like. However, my experience with the advisors, turned out to be extremely good. The advisor, the mechanics, the body shop person, and the PR manager were extremely well informed and well intentioned, who went out of their way to help make my visit painless and professional. The experience became even better when I got back to pick up my new Fortuner which had been serviced and undergone a change of bumper (during which I got two phone calls to confirm delivery). The mechanical work had been done well, the car was looking good, explanations were to the point, and everything was done with a smile. I believe they are going to upgrade to newer workstations and look in the service area soon. So am prepared to make the crowded trip again to MGF the next time I need work done on my car, despite the inconveniences of traffic and distance.
