I’ve never faced such a terrible experience buying a car. At MG Jubilant Showroom, Gurgaon, we were promised next-day delivery by Mr. Manav after full payment. It’s been days — no car, no updates, only excuses! They took our money and vanished. Such dishonesty and fraud should not be tolerated. MG India should look into this immediately.

Terrible service, the people are highly incompetent. my M9 was delivered on 1st November and till 20th december they have not been able to get the car registered. All false promises, Mr. bajaj the head of the showroom does not pick up the phone. Manav and team give all false promises. Highly unprofessional team. suggest if you want to buy a cybester or M9 try another showroom in NCR.

I purchased a Hector Plus 2026 model from here in Jan 2026. The car is superb but It had 100 kms already driven on it and when I asked about it they gave some vague reason that every car is driven from manufacturing to showroom. They did not gave a fasttag and also gave the permanent number from day 1 indicating car was registered earlier. Also they have given a shortfall cheque for refund amount and they are not responding after constant followups which they later fixed. Overall good product and okayish service.
