Tired of the false commitments and misinformation by the sales team here. Commited false delivery date, misinformation about debit card payment charges and many other such things. Very poor experience till now. I wish if I had done my booking elsewhere.

Poor Services. Booked MG windsor at this dealership long back and was assured for the delivery on Dhanteras and till date no one from the dealership bothered to call the customer to inform them about the status. Once you book vehicle with them they will not entertain you and will sell the vehicle in black to walk-in customers. My friends who booked the same car at other dealerships already got the deliveries around Diwali. Even after many follow ups with the complete team, they simply tell you that they will get back to you after discussing the matter with the GM. Thumbs down to MG motors for this unprofessional behaviour.

Bad customer service. I brought brand new car and paid for all registration etc. I took the delivery on promise that my car registration and RC will be processed timely. 4 months on I have to still keep chasing. Customer service doesn't even exist .. I have to chase random phone numbers given by random people by the showroom sales team. Avoid this car agency if you can.
