Dissatisfied with the first service experience of my Hector car on 25th Feb 21. It's workshops like these that discourage people like us to buy MG cars in the future or to recommend others from buying MG cars. The executives are polite but service quality is bad. They scratched my car in the first service. Though they changed the parts that they scratched, free of cost. Also, they didn't ask me about my driving experience since it's a new car or if I had any issues with the car. When I told one of the executives that the car feels a bit laggy, his reply was "this is expected from the 'Hector DCT' model". Wow! That's very encouraging MG. Nice way to promote your brand. Moreover, they Didn't even tell me what they did during the first service at the end of the service. Just handed over the bill to me. (Which of course was zero since I had bought the service package). The bill didn't mention any details either. Just had the service cost of 400/- Rs. Shows complete 'We don't care attitude of the workshop'. Couldn't even get my accessories fitted since according to them the person who fits the accessories had left for some showroom visit and it was just 5:00 ish. I had informed them about the accessories days before, at the time of scheduling the service. Shows complete disrespect for the other persons time. Careless attitude. Buying MG was a mistake purely cuz of the after sales service attitude and pathetic service experience. Better to avoid Cargo Kutch Motors workshop, Gurgaon

Told adviser car ko hawa marwa do she said abhi time nahi hai.... Told one guy ismein tyre mei hawa bhar do toh there was nobody to help....... Whenever I used to go to Maruti service center there was everyone ready to help that lacks in your service center...

A Service Center is where the real Commitment of any organisation to customer service gets revealed. On this parameter the MG service center deserves 10/10. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The timelines are shared realistically and Services delivered in the stipulated time. The ambience is very inviting. All protocols for Covid-19 spread prevention are followed with strict diligence. Overall a great place to get you beloved MG taken care of.

Staff are always busy, they expect you plan your vehicle's running repair work also with pre appointment. If you visit them without appointment for running repair, their face, their way of talking will unpleasant and unwelcome.

MG's service centre at Narsingpur, Gurgaon is a huge facility. The staff is courteous and your car is assigned super soon to one of their guys. Visit this facility to get your MG serviced, to get it accessoried or to get it repaired :)

No pickup and drop service available. I booked slot for service through app. But executive call me and told me no slot available for tomorrow. There is technical fault on app. If you want to service your car tomorrow, then you have to come . After dropping my car , they denied to drop me. Give me excuse that no driver is available.

Most disappointing. Car was picked up for service being promised same day delivery. Not only has it been 8 days, but there has been NO response from the MG service team. They’ve stopped answering calls or messages also. We have no idea where our car is and what is being done. NO UPDATES. Worst experience. Biggest issue with MG is this service centre

The worst kind of experience, as I am struggling to get my car released from Sector 77 service center. I have been calling them since 18th September to confirm delivery of car on 20th September but I haven't got any confirmation despite making more than 50+ calls to MG people. Nobody has courtesy to call me back and inform about the status. THEY ARE HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE WITH NO SESITIVITY TO CLIENT PROBLEMS.

Great location right on the Delhi-Jaipur highway — super easy to find. The workshop is huge, modern, and well-equipped. Really impressed with the hospitality offered to both drivers and customers. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. However, I’m deducting one star for the front desk service advisor. They seemed a bit lost or unsure — maybe due to workload or lack of experience. A smoother and more professional interaction at the reception would definitely make the experience better.
