Got some parts replaced this month at their service centre and I left with an overall pleasant experience. The staff was well synchronised from attending me at the reception to assigning me a wonderful service GM Mr.Neeraj Soni. He was very courteous and assisted me through the entire process. Even delivered the car half an hour before it was scheduled time. An overall stress free experience.

I arrived at sharp 9 AM as per the MG service center employee. During the service, they initially said that I would get the car within 4 to 5 hours, but it took the whole day. I received my car after 5 PM.
