This was my second visit to MG and the experience was really good thanks to Mr. Omkar who gave me every required detail for MG hectar. If one is planning to buy MG then I would definitely recommend this showroom as MG treats its prospect customers way better than other car brands in Gurgaon.

Though I am a car enthusiast, strangely enough it was just my first experience of being in MG showroom @ Golf Course Road, Gurgaon. The staff was welcoming and extended all the courtesies. Assigned Sales Executive "Monu" came across as very warm and humble person who was able to clearly explain and help me understand various options available for my preferred model 'Astor'. Offered me a test drive of models available at the showroom and for the model that wasn't available on the day, offered to bring at home so I can test drive. There has been a proper follow-up without being too much at your face types where you are pestered with the calls. Such good experiences do tend to influence one's choices of dealerships where multiple options are available and one has narrowed down on a particular model. Keep it up MG! More on the car /model once I fully experience all the engine variants & make up my mind. Hopefully soon!

Edited my feedback from 2stars to 4 - Hello, 1. My I had an appointment today for 10AM, work started as soon as I reached service center at 10 AM. 2. Work got complete around 12. 3. Satisfied with the turn around time for accessories fitting. 4. Thanks Bharti and Shivani, for understanding my concern and staying in touch till and after work gets complete. Much appreciate the support! 5. Sonika at service center was also very helpful. Past experience couldn't be rectified but I am happy with the way it went today. Thanks a lot for all the support, appreciate it ! ---------------- Reason for 2 starts Firstly... dealers coordination with bank was poor and didn't deliver car to me on committed date, which was special occasion... when car was delivered to me ... I was told that they give some goodies which they cnt find now in showroom so will get it delivered to my home, which never happened. then, didn't complete all accessories fittings during delivery and now I am calling and chasing from last 4 days. I was told they will come home and will do fitting of one pending accessory... for which then I was told to go to service center. Today, I went to service center and after waiting for 1:30 hrs. I was told that it can not be done. Complete waste of time. I had good experience dealing with Heera Singh but the moment I was introduced to Kuldeep... everything started falling apart. I have given 2 stars because I like the car but 0 for customer service. Car is very good but my experience at dealership isn't good.

Excellent accommodations . I enquired about MG hector on phone I verbalized with Mr. Shoubham ( corp. relationship manager) he asked me to first visit all the cars that I'm considering in comparison to Mg and then to MG . I did the same I went to kia - for seltos , Hyundai For Creta and then I went to MG. What I optically canvassed is hector is definitely better as it has a 2.0 litre engine which gives you 350 ni torque and 170 bhp which is better than the creta (my 2nd option if I'd not gone for MG) and seltos's 1.5 litre engine . Guys you should definitely compare the cars in terms of driving as well as after sales accommodations and optically canvass the minute differences like in interior , seats , features , comfort, & space . Considering all this I booked MG hector and got my car distributed the very next day .The staff at MG flagship Gurgaon is very cooperative and I'll give them 11/10 you'll feel a different vibe there . Their flagship showroom is so good that it gives vibes as if you are in a luxury space. So well designed and maintained but the staff is so busy that they hardly entertain the customers unless and until the customer himslef asks for assistance. But above all MG Hector is also good for its price considering the price tag of 12.5 lacks.
