Brothers, this is a number one fraud. He has given me a very dirty car at the rate of Rs. 1800 per day, which broke down after driving for 150 km. Later, he took it to his garage and made his own bill of Rs. 18000. Brothers, please do not buy a car at such a cheap rate, you people will get into trouble...this Gaurav Nagar is a very dirty man..?

FRAUD! ILLOGICAL! WORST SEVICE EVER! Use other Car Rental services, just stay away from them. I booked a Scorpio N from them, considering Pannu Dwarka is an established name in rental services. The car was returned of 2nd October, and the person said the security deposit would be transferred to your bank account. On 11th October, when I followed up over email, they asked for my bank account details to put a cheque in the bank for the security deposit refund. On 18th October, I followed up again only to be informed that the cheque didn’t go through as my bank has rejected the transaction. I confirmed with my bank, no such transaction was denied by them. I have had multiple follow ups requesting for a proof of transfer, their smart representative is asking me, what proof of transfer do I need. Wow! According to them, I should visit their Bank in Connaught place for the same. Honest suggestion without any prejudice- DON’T USE THIS AGENCY! Rude, Idiotic people with zero considerations for customers. SECURITY DEPOSITS HANDLE NAHI HOTEY, TOH MAT LO!

We had a great experience with selfdrive. Mr. Pankaj was very delightful to work with and was supportive throughout our journey. We booked a Gurkha for 13 days and drove 2000+ kms and the car ran perfectly. We got it in good shape as well.
