Dear Sir/Madam, This is to express my serious dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent service of my vehicle HR26DG2735 Dt. 17 Jan-26 at Vipul Motors. After taking delivery of the car, I found that the horn is completely missing / not available, which clearly indicates carelessness and poor workmanship by your service team. I would like to ask: Which parts were changed during the service? Which parts were removed? Whether new parts were fitted or old parts were re-installed? Unfortunately, no transparency is maintained, and the customer is left unaware of what work has actually been done on the vehicle. This kind of handling is very shameful and unacceptable for an authorized service center. I request you to investigate this matter immediately, restore the missing part, and provide a clear explanation in writing.
