Horrible customer service. Mahindra workshops are usually very good and very user friendly. The workshop is dirty the service advisor kept spitting in front of me before taking down details of the vehicle. The advisor isn't picking my call and isn't telling me the status of my vehicle. I'm not sure how this has been authorised.
