Process of buying the car was really smooth and no issue. Jackson was really proaactive in communicating and providing any details required. Also the delivery of the car was done without any hassel and no time wasted.

I have purchased a Thar Roxx & got delivery on 30th January 2026, however i am yet to received the 2nd set of keys. Even after multiple follow-ups & raising complains there is no help. The complain raised by me get automatically closed without resolution. I have not received any help from either Mahindra or Nanavati Vasai. This is really a shameful thing to be done to a customer. Does Mahindra/Nanavati handover their car without full payment??? Then why does a 2nd car key take this much time to deliver. The day that i am writing this review is 101th Day post my car delivery without 2nd set of keys yet delivered to me.

Very bad experience at this showroom as I was there to book a Bolero Neo Plus. But the executive assign to us was not at all interested to sell vehicle. I asked her to show the vehicle, she said we don't have that vehicle in display. I asked her to call me whenever you will deliver same vehicle to anyone, that time I will take a look of that vehicle. She replied that this vehicle don't have that much demand and we had sell last vehicle before 4 to 5 month. After her reply and uninterested expression I drop the plan to purchase bolero neo plus.
