I purchased XEV 9e first they Tried to play smart with giving Dented accidental vehicle then acted smart to changed the door with some other car to cover their mistake and Hide The PDI . My Emi is paid my Rc book is received and the car is still at Thane show room. I strongly suggest dont buy Mahindra cars. Terrible experience the minute you book a car with them. I first visited the store on 30th March with my husband, till the time we don’t pay the booking amount the experience was great. The minute on 5 April we payed the booking amount, it has been a tediously long journey of taking a delivery of my own BE6 top model which for the price point the hassle I am facing makes no sense to me. We had to literally chase these guys for our loan papers, once our loan was approved they didn’t know which car was allotted to us but our disbursement happened, and taking a delivery of the car was another pain in the ass. Post this, the misery doesn’t end here, for my own app of the car, I only have to chase them for another week, so that these kids of the lord can give me access to my own car’s app so that I can charge it. And after a week they tell us, sorry we know our process is bad but you’ll have to give your car back to us we’ll do another PDI and only then you can use your car. Is this a joke? Did I pay north of 25 lakhs for a showpiece in my garage!? Rashid and Hufeza have terrible communication and just give false hopes and promises of deliverables.

I initially had a good experience with the showroom till the time of paying the booking amount, since then it’s only been a process of constant chasing the team for any and every update in the process and constant delays without explanation. This showroom has no processes in place and the constant expectation is for the customer, who is paying hefty prices for these cars, to bear the inconvenience.

Extremely poor service from the showroom. There was absolutely no effort from their side in terms of coordination throughout the entire process. Basic support that customers expect was missing—there wasn’t even a runner assigned for document collection, which made things unnecessarily inconvenient. The staff was rigid, unhelpful, and showed no willingness to accommodate or resolve issues. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.
