Had a very pleasant experience of purchasing a vehicle from this Koncept showroom. Got great service and attention every time I visited the showroom or called them for information. Aman was my point of contact and I must say he did a fantastic job ! He provided all the relevant information without useless overlays and upselling techniques. He came across as a very genuine person interested in providing the right information and touch basing at the right times. He also managed to fast track the registration, procurement of HSRP, as well as the fast tag along with other things. I would highly recommend the showroom and Aman as a sales person.

We had come to take delivery of new Manindra XEV 9 car on 1st may whe. We reached our car was being cleant by labourers We found lits of scars ( claimed it came by cloth being used) odometer showed 200 kms plus ru. Two sales POC's we were put through to from the initial enquiry call had to be followed up with repeatedly for sending across the quote, which they didn't, citing being too busy with other deals. Finally received the quote and associated details from the third salesperson, and decided to get a test drive. This was only because this was the Mahindra showroom nearest to our residence, we were really interested in the car which had a high wait period, and therefore wanted to arrive at a decision ASAP. While at the showroom, the demeanour of the entire staff wasn't quite welcoming or even interested, the basic courtesy one expects to be extended to as a prospective client weren't satisfied. In a way, an oddly discriminatory behaviour was detected, especially when another party came in, and they were attended to by multiple showroom staff with much more enthusiasm. That the test car keys were also missing when we arrived and the search went on for a good 45 mins while keeping us waiting despite us having informed more than a day in advance is another story- we decided to overlook that assuming acceptable human error. During the test drive our accompanying salesperson again was continuously on his phone apparently giving updates to someone at the showroom as to where we were at every point, for reasons beyond my comprehension. Not a single query we had were answered attentively which is all one expects to be done during making such an important purchase decision. Once back, we were hounded with calls and follow-ups as to when we would purchase, and if not, then why. I have one simple word of advice- If you care about client churnout at all, try not to judge someone regarding their purchasing power or intention by their apparent appearance wrt age, clothing, or any such superficial parameters. If someone doesn't get a good vibe from you, they sure as hell won't make a seven-figure purchase from you, like we didn't. We instead went with another Mahindra dealership that satisfactorily checked off all our needs, including feature briefing, clarifications, meeting with the financing POCs and much more.

Avoid buying your car from Koncept. Pathetic customer service, they give wrong estimates which are told to you on day of delivery, then they delay the hand over of the car. 1st servicing is free and they make you chase them. Third grade service!!!
