Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the Maruti Suzuki Fronx, which I purchased from Magic Auto. Since the purchase, the vehicle has had repeated defects and has been in and out of the service center every month for the past 7 months, often staying there for 4-5 days at a time, and once for over a month. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and has caused significant mental harassment, inconvenience, and loss of use. Despite multiple service visits, the problems persist, and the dealership's only response is to ask me to visit the service center again. This is unacceptable.

Magic Auto Patparganj - Worst Dealership! 1-Delayed vehicle delivery with false promises. 2-Scrap exchange amount not credited, no certificate provided. 3-Forcing unnecessary dealership visits. 4-Pathetic, unprofessional, and fraudulent service! 5-Maruti must suspend their dealership! Shocked by Maruti Suzuki's harassment! Your representatives visited my home WITHOUT permission. Asked my neighbors about me, making me look like a defaulter. Made false statements like "Gaadi to yahi hai," damaging my reputation. This is unethical, a privacy violation, and mental harassment! I demand an explanation & strict action.
