Our company bought a Tata Ace Gold from Lexus motors Darga Road in the beginning of this year and ever since we have had nothing but trouble in terms of delivery, paperwork, etc. Till the time we made the payment they were at our doorsteps and the moment the payment went through they disappeared. Phone calls, escalations, nothing worked. Till date paper works are incomplete.
