Good customer service. Anil was extremely helpful with the explanation and I am a big fan of lexus. For the Indian market they have to innovate themselves. Competing against other brands will not be easy.

Visited the Lexus showroom to check out the NX 300 H - The hybrid SUV. Wanted to see how it stacks up against the likes of Ranger over and the Mercedes . Sharp muscular shape gives the NX 300 striking good looks . Its when we took the vehicle for a spin that we were really impressed with the slickness of the whole package. Its easily the roomiest 5-seater in the segment and the Hybrid's battery is a big plus in terms of green consciousness and silent operation at idling. Karteek, the sales Rep was knowledgeable and courteous. The showroom was plush and its tea/coffee can rival Starbucks next door. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Just before entering lexus showroom main entrance there's an 24X7 drainage big hole always have running flow that's make me think why lexus is not bothering to complaint.

We visited Lexus Hyderabad Showroom for Lexus RX 350h Car on 13 Feb 2026. First i really appreciate sales executive gesture, he is very humble and friendly , also given proper information.
