One of the best hotels I have experienced worldwide. Having traveled to more than 70 countries and stayed in many five-star hotels, I can truly say the level of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail here is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the food is excellent, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. I also loved the yoga room with complimentary daily classes and the convenient shuttle to the nearby mall. During a time of uncertainty, this hotel made me feel completely safe, cared for, and at ease. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.

If I could give 10 stars for service I would! The staff are really nice and polite. Room is huge and comfortable and food is delicious. This hotel is good for business travelers to the offices in the area but there isn’t much else around there.

Taj and Oberoi always top our list when traveling to India. We had a great stay at The Oberoi, just like our last visit. Their hospitality, service, and overall comfort truly live up to the reputation of a 5-star hotel, and our experience has been consistently warm and enjoyable each time we’ve stayed there. One thing we hope to see in the future is more family-friendly room options — especially a 2-room suite setup, so families don’t have to book separate rooms and pay almost double the amount. Overall, it was another wonderful experience, and we truly appreciate the warmth and care from the entire team. We’d be happy to come back again.

Room is good. Oberoi is luxury version of trident. Rooms are well maintained. Cost around 30k per day during new year. On new year eve gala dinner was arranged costing 12500 for adults and 6150 for children between 6 to 12 years. Dinner was great with one suggestion that DJ must be for longer time. It started at 11.30 PM but could have started around 9 PM.

A very authentic place with the true taste and style of India. The staff are extremely attentive and kind. They really read your booking comments and go out of their way to make your stay unforgettable. Breakfast is delicious, with a great variety of both European and Indian dishes. I will definitely come back.

Our stay at The Oberoi, Gurgaon will always hold a very special place in our hearts. This was me and my husband’s very first night together, and choosing this beautiful property made it even more memorable. We have been here before—once to celebrate my husband’s birthday—but this time was about us, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The warmth, grace, and attention to detail that The Oberoi is known for truly made us feel celebrated. We were fortunate to dine at all three outlets—Ziya, 361°, and Madam Chow—and every experience was outstanding. At Madam Chow, the food was absolutely delightful, and a special mention to Chef Aarushi for the wonderful flavors and presentation. At Ziya, Chef Vaibhav personally made our experience even more special with his exceptional cuisine and warm interaction—truly commendable. 361° was equally impressive, offering a perfect blend of taste, ambiance, and service. Recently I attended a conference here, the ambience was very impressive and appropriate sitting space for all the attendees. Food was delicious. Overall good place to have official gathering.

Staff was very helpful, everyone going out of the way to help. The check in was breeze, and staff came to us for checkin rather than us going to them. Room was very comfortable, and felt luxurious. We were greeted very warmly everywhere, including the restaurant. We enjoyed breakfasts as well as dinner at threesixtyone and found food with flavors and variety. We were given complementary, on demand, no wait drop off and pick up service to ambience mall that we loved going to.
