Naresh, the branch manager here, has been the single biggest obstacle to resolving a legitimate post-sales issue. Rather than taking ownership, he has spent time only bouncing the matter between himself and the accounts team, with no progress, no clarity, and no accountability. When I finally called this out directly, his response was to point to the fact that the 3% surcharge had been communicated to me upfront. That was not the question. That was never the question.
Here is the actual issue: I purchased a Jeep New Compass and made a payment of ₹14.4 lakhs via credit card, paying an additional surcharge specifically to earn card reward points on this high-value transaction. The transactions were processed under an incorrect merchant category — Insurance instead of Automobile — by the dealership's acquiring bank. This is a misclassification on the dealership's end, and it wiped out the reward points I was entitled to, making the surcharge I paid entirely pointless.
This is not a complicated problem. Any dealership with basic financial accountability would raise this with their acquiring bank, provide a confirmation letter, and help the customer resolve it with their bank. Naresh and the team here refused to do any of that.
I have now formally escalated this to HDFC Bank's grievance team, the RBI Banking Ombudsman, and the NCDRC under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. What should have been a simple fix has turned into a formal legal escalation entirely because of the indifference shown by this dealership.
Deeply disappointing for a brand like Jeep and a dealership of this size.

No one will pick and and talk if you call on the useless number given online, they will simply capture the lead and may be call back at their "own convenience" not thinking that customer may be busy when they feel is the "right time" to call back.. pathetic

This service center is the most degraded place ever. The quality of service is absolutely terrible. They have damaged my car from everywhere. The door sensors stopped working. My screen came out while driving one day post the servicing….! The gear’s glass on top is broken as you can in the images. There was a delay of 15 days and they only have one loaner at such a big service centre. If they are doing this with someone who bought their best product released in India then just imagine what would they do to a person who owns a compass or meridian. Pathetic service and pathetic employees. Pradeep Rai, Aneel, Vikash kumar, etc all of these guys are not even capable of working at Bajaj. The service centre overall lacks capability… and above all basic quality…. These guys aren’t qualified people. Please be careful. There’s no option of giving a minus star rating else I would have done that.
