Unprofessional service center. I gave my car for bumper painting and the service was pathetic. They painted the bumper without informing the clips problem and fitted with wires and screws. Body shop sudheer just plays with customers by giving false promises. Asked to repaint only damage area and painted full bumper without informing. This is not the first time this person plays with customer, my last visit was also similar experience where they didn't resolved the shutter complaint saying this will take more time. Go here only for general service which is good but any other services are worst Except Anil , all others are lagging with professionalism.

If u want to losse your amount in large margin the visit Nissan Service center I only recommend if you car was i warranty or below 3 years old just for general service… if your car was 5years old or 1Lakh Kms above then visit trusted Third party Garages for low estimate and nesssary part replacement only… if you choose Nissan then they will suggest and replace complete new parts that available in stock with them Unnecessary

Worst service,they won't do anything just they will take your car and then will give you back.whatever problems you only 1% of problems will be resolved.they will charge for all the problems. As I don't have much knowledge with cars as I'm newly learner.because of poor service my car damaged badly. Please don't go to this service centre.

My Magnite brakes are not functioning.I went to a service station at Gachibowli.They told me to go to their Uppal workshop,since they have a diagnosis kit While returning home I thought to try with Laxmi Nissan. They fixed the problem in 2 hrs.I am fully satisfied with their service. The facility is also large. Need to increase the service advisers.On the day of my visit only one service adviser is available.However this depends upon the vehicle inflow and outflow.

Very worst and pathetic service I have seen ever in my life. I will share my experience I gave my vehicle for repairing at lakshmi nissan service prashant nagar No one received me not asked for the purpose I have visited. One person came and asked me what is the issue I have shown my vehicle and explained my problems. He don't even noted and asked him for insurance also as there is rat bite. Insurance person not available. He said you leave sir our person will call you. In the afternoon post lunch insurance person called me and explained him about the issue. He said to file a claim in insurance. Myself done all the insurance related with insurance. I asken service team to inspect my vehicle and provide a quotation. But they have not checked. At last after 20 days insurance work completed. I have asked service team to check and provide quotation but after repeated follow ups estimation received after 4 days. Work also started after 1 week. They took 4 days to complete the work. After I receive my vehicle. Problems what I am facing is vehicle is having pick up issue, abnormal sound, abnormal vibration, brake issue. Proper work not done. I have called Mr. Ramu his response is very pathetic and very poor. I have told him regarding my issues but he is not responding. 68000 I have spent for repairing and not done properly. Rather visiting aurhorised dealer better to go to free lancer so the cost and time also saves and better quality work will be there. But in nissan here No quality and experienced manpower No proper responsible person If your vehicle has issues they provide lengthy quotation but problem will not resolve. So don't buy nissan vehicles If you buy nissan then better procure service from free lancers
