I had an amazing experience to purchase my first EV car from KRISTAN Auto.
I had an interaction with Hemant & Nirmal, both of them are very professional, just to close the deal, they never committed anything which they could not offer. They resolved all my queires and concerns related to EV Vehicle, since its a new Technology.
They delivered car with in given time line & did extra effort to register my car asap.
Coming to performance of the Car, it's an awesome futuristic car and has TONS of features and has 5* safety ratings. CAR no lag at all, it's pick up is at par with Petrol car. The sports Mode of car is superb, it has the extra push and thrill.
One may find this car a little expensive but the kind of features and performance it has, it's value for the money spent.

Thanks to Mr. Hemant Seth and his team for seamless experience of buying Atto 3, absolutely loved this car, after driving for more then 1000 km in last four days i can definitely say that this car delivers range what it promises and when driving around it feels like it weighs less then Maruti 800 whereas it weighs 1800 kgs!, Loved this car and buying experience of MR Hemant and his team.

i honestly was very excited to visit the showroom to check out Atto 3, the car was really good and i really liked it but the manager there was honestly the worst salesman i have ever encountered in my life till now, i asked him a genuine question "if i book the car today by when will i get it" any person who comes to see the car will ask this question, that's what i did. Believe me this happened when i asked this - the manager kept on staring at me in the eyes for like 20 seconds and i was waiting for his answer and on the side the receptionist was laughing and i was like "BOLO" and without answering the question he was like give me your credit card (ordering me), me-why? he was like first book the car and then i will tell you (like frkn seriously??) and called a guy "xyz machine le aao" he was seriously forcing me to book the car without giving me any answer and information abt the car.

Visited to check out Atto 3, is a great EV, staff of the showroom is really wonderful, highly professional and helpful. Had a great experience communicating and knowing the vehicles. Should definitely visit the showroom if you're looking for BYD.

Future is here in Gurgaon. Really admire & appreciate the experience of exploring the future of cars. I must admit, had the best experience compare to any other automobile showroom in gurgaon. It was similar to any luxury brand like Audi, BWM... I think they will set a new precedent for in-showroom experience for other mass brands.

An unprepared team with extremely limited knowledge about the product. Poor team communication on the shopfloor. We sat there waiting for instructions. The test drive was a confused heap. Limited inventory and limited information about the next steps. There seems to be a BYD disease in NCR. Limited knowledge of the personnel be it pricing or inventory or functionality (we tested Atto3). Was pretty keen on the car but pulled out owing to lack of transparency and knowledge on the part of the BYD sales team. When pushed into a corner one of the guys turned aggressive in tone.

Very bad experience we booked byd seal it's been two months they are just delaying by saying it got faults at Chennai port went back to china and u will get it soon we are tired very bad experience i thought will be uploading a pic and review it good once we get it but here I m waiting for the car since 21.4.24
And they force to buy accessories from byd and that is really worst experience

I had a very bad experience with the after sales service team. Their sales team is fine but service team has issues. Either it’s not properly formed or they are not trained. The head of service don’t respond at all.
I bought an Atto 3 at start itself. Within no time, it had tyres wearing out issues. Problem was with steering rack which service team couldn’t figure out and just rotated tyres and returned the car. This caused all 4 tyres to wear out. Afterwards they accepted fault with steering rack and covered it under warranty but tyres were not covered. This wasn’t the end of story. New steering rack also had the same issue and the new tyres also worn out. By the time car was sent back to Kristan, warranty period was over so had to pay again for steering rack and tyres.
Effectively my running cost has gone beyond my petrol vehicle cost. Being a new brand, generally BYD should be customer centric but that approach is not there. Also Kristan’s service team has serious issues.
In this entire process, car was 2 months with Kristan as they didn’t have spares. Be very careful about these issues before buying BYD

Took test drive of BYD Seal and I really enjoyed it. All the colours were available on display at the time of my test drive. Bought the Performance variant of the same in Aurora White. The dealership comprehensively updated we with the features of the car and also provided me help regarding the Haryana EV subsidy. I took Byd seal from this showroom and the name of sales advisor Hrithik parihaar..he promised to give 2 charger but after delivery..they totally ignored my calls …now they saying he left the job now we cannot give the charger..so please don’t go or purchase any car from these frauds
