This is one of the most arrogant service center they dont even care to resolve you issue. Even if this is a kia service center the actual service feels like TATA service center pathetic. TATA should hire the complete staff of this service center as they had the same level of professionalism ??

I strongly advise against utilizing this service center and recommend considering Allied Kia or another authorized service provider. The personnel at this facility appear to lack the necessary expertise. I experienced issues with accessories installed by them, which began peeling immediately after application and fully detached within two days, leaving stains on my vehicle's new paint. Furthermore, despite having a pre-scheduled appointment, it took an hour to be assigned a service advisor, and no resolution was offered for the aforementioned problems. Their basic inspection is just words. My car has an issue in the MID, and they did nothing; they didn't even notice that.
