A very bad experience overall. The bike was underpriced and then overpriced in the final round. Their Bandhan Bank finance was completely ruined. The financier didn't know the loan account number until a month later. The bike's RC address was incorrectly registered. The staff was completely arrogant, except for Mr. Raj Kumar.

Worst Bike CT110X, and Basai Road showroom. Note: If you going to take loan, make sure you will make all down payment only on company QR, they will cheat you, like they're doing with everyone. I have purchased CT110x form this showroom, from day one I am facing problems like, Sensor problem, bike not making pick up, starting problem. And same thing happened with my friend whom I have referred this showroom, the purchase the same bike from the showroom, after 2 months he got fed up and returned his bike. Before you buy be sure about company services and dealership because once they sold the product they are not bothered about any issues about access, the language they used to talk with costume is very bad and rude , Mr. Kundan was explaining only Company policy and savings their Dealership, when you have any problem in your Bike. I referred one of my friend to buy bike for same showroom, He faced same problem with his bike.

This service centre team members are very big default, they do the work of the person whose number is first later and take money from the person whose number is later and do the work first. And They add charges without any valid reason.
