Great Experience in the complete buying journey. Ms Kavita exemplifies customer service. She is very prompt and professional. Edit1: Had some rattling and squeaking noise coming from rear doors while driving slowly on bad patches. It took only one visit to the service centre and thanks to the service guy, the issue is resolved. Good service experience.

Dear sir/ Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service experience I recently had at Jai Auto SEC 15 workshop. I visited workshop on 8th May 2026 for service of my car but as confirmed by service advisor my service is yet to be delayed after 6000kms but while doing inspection of vehicle there was issue in shockers of my car I asked my advisor to check whether this work can be done under warranty or on paid basis but after getting confirmation from Service Advisor Vishal ji & Satya ji that it will be done under warranty I left my vehicle at workshop. After that I was not updated on anything from workshop team while asking them on update they mentioned that we have applied for Warranty in skoda waiting for approval after next day they mentioned that part is approved under warranty then next day they asked to visit Monday evening to collect the vehicle as warranty is claimed and part is changed…. I took my vehicle home without paying any amount as mentioned before work was done under warranty. After 3 days service team asked me to pay 12k amount for shocker change I denied because in starting complete story was about claim in warranty. Further that day EPC issue came in my CAR and I was unable to drive the car I sent my car to Delhi Jai auto and go the update that my job card for shocker work is not closed due to which issue related to EPC in my car cannot be processed. Now I have been following up with the workshop ggn team to help me out but pathetic service is provided by GGN workshop due to which I am not able to use my car for my family medical emergency no one is ready to listen or close the job card so that work can be done. It’s been 2 days vehicle Is in delhi workshop with 0 work done due to all this mess done by sec 15 workshop team… I want answers on above experience that if the work was done under warranty why they are now asking for money if the part is not covered under warranty why they mentioned every time that warranty is being claimed on that part. (Pathetic customer service) Till now my vehicle JOB CARD is not closed if any miss happening was happened in that time how I will be able to take claim from insurance department?? If you are able to help me do let me know otherwise I have all the evidences and proofs against all fraud did with us and I will take legal action under Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Section 420 & Section 406 ) I would also like to mention that Skoda is now holding a Reputation in Indian Market but due to all this mess I would never again GO for a upgrade in SKODA… Regards Nitin Dhankar
