Wanted to share some positive feedback about my experience of service for my Tata Safari HR98E**** at Himgiri Motors, Wazirpur, Sector 95, Gurgaon workshop. I was quite satisfied with the service offered by the workshop. Anil and Deepanjali were very swift in offering the best in class quality of service and were very swift in addressing any queries. Service was on time and billing was transparent. Customer was allowed to intermittently monitor the vehicle if he wanted to satisfy himself about the replacement of any part or consumable items. In addition, my brake booster required replacement. Despite of being a rate and on-demand part, Anil and Suresh sir from store did put extra efforts to procure it within a very short period of time as I needed it urgently and had it replaced under extended warrantee with no questions asked. I would definitely like to visit this workshop for any service required for my Tata car and also recommend others due to trust on your employees for the satisfactory service, transparency and accountability they have shown.

Purchased my Safari from here. Karan & his senior were super supportive specially in my car lease case. Miss Annu also helped while clearing the document. Scope of improvement- They do not have all acessories & lack infrastructure facility But overall the sales team & account team is very helpful!
