Very poor pre sales support. The salesman himself was not interested at all in making the sale.I was trying to get a test drive and he was extremely rude when we met him and went for the drive. Not fit for sales at all. He didn’t tell us even a single feature of the car and was ignoring our questions. I’ve decided to drop Hyundai from consideration. Now looking for competitors in the segment I need. I cannot even imagine if this is the way they treat customers before making a sale, how will they treat customers when we come back with any issues after we’ve bought the car.
