i but a new bajaj platina 100 es comfortec bike on 15 feb 2020. it take 30 to 40 kick to every morning to take start. i visited the showroom.there employee told i replaced requred part. but still i am facing same issue. I start back after 30 kick.

Service center is good. They do good bike service and also they don't charge hefty amount.

Doesn't give the feel of Bajaj service center level. I visited this service center to fix connection of speedometer and horn. They suggested to change entire kit of headlight part which I really thought not a good solution. However after servicing I had to visit twice as I got some problem with auto start. To the worst lockdown started and after few months now the bike is not at all working. I requested service center to pickup and fix the issue but they denied pickup and suggested to bring by own convence. I will definitely not recommend this service center. Though the good part of this service center is follow up. Manager definitely pay attention and request to visit to service center in case you get post service issue. I am sure they got a good manager at least :)

If u want bike servicing, please don't go. In the name of bike servicing they just wash the vehicle and pour some engine oil. That's it.

Worst service centre, lack of discipline and lack of manners from staff I came 2 times in the service centre for service but they denied because of coming 6:00 pm as the service centre close at 6:30pm They are working on govt service basis I don't have option to rate them zero It's bad for Bajaj bikes that they have such kind of employees

Don't go for service bakwas service center, this service only calls washing as service, such a service manager fools the customer. The manager takes money even for fixing the mirror and does not even give the bill...

Hopeless experience. Bought NS160 and they did not even provide user manual with the bike. They didn't have card swipe machine for payment. Had to go to a different showroom to make payment.

Worst service. Don't have spare parts in their store and will ask long time to bring spare parts. Service person is too slow in work, will keep on attending other works in middle of your work.
