Very Bad Experience – Totally Unprofessional Service(Mr Shekhar; Mata road sector 14 Gurugram) I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Force Traveller service center. The staff is highly unprofessional, careless, and seems least interested in customer service. Basic issues are not resolved properly, and despite repeated visits, the same problems keep coming back. They take a lot of time, give false commitments, and there is absolutely no transparency in the work done. The service quality is pathetic – instead of fixing problems, they create new ones. On top of that, they overcharge for everything without giving a clear bill breakdown. Customer satisfaction clearly doesn’t matter to them. If you value your money and time, I would strongly suggest avoiding this service center. Worst experience ever – definitely not recommended.

Servicing supervisor mr.shekar is demanding extra charges. Workers are good but supervisor is worst roud behaviour. Casher behaviour also worst demanding extra money. Way of talking also worst.

This is a force Motors authorised seller of its tempo traveller brand mini Buses, various varieties of exciting jeeps for all purpose tour and travel, personal use etc They are also doing sales and services of all commercial and private vehicles of the company Workshop timings are from 9.00 am to 6.30pm open all seven days

Unprofessional guys..from Vinod Vats to Jagmohan sitting there..Sent vehicle for accesslator cover accessories...instead changed headlamp both sides which had a small crack and was working perfectly alright..At the end says Accesslator cover you have to get it done from outside welding guys which we dont do..They just want to sell accessories and make money..worst service..They were good from 2018 till 2021..after top management changed onky focus to loot money from customers whereas the work for which vehicle sent not attended...Accelator cover as per my request they got it but instead of fixing it, changed headlamp both sides which was working but a small crack was there...This is how they make money...Never asked to change Headlamp as Jagmohan said wiring a bit may change but entire headlamp replaced with new ones and billed me of 7k...Unprofessional and customer care support zero... Force should consider new service stations where customers satisfaction is priority than selling accessories. Had to put this review due to the behaviour of a top manager Mr Vinod Vats.. After sending rude voice msg, he deleted it for all in whatsup and blocked.. Unprofessionalism at its peak
