We purchased an unregistered (never-owned) BMW X3 M40i from Fair Deal Motors earlier this month. This is a limited edition 2023 model so it is quite hard for anyone to get a hold of this beast of an SAV (Sports Activity Vehicle) nowadays. I must say, they are the utmost professionals when it comes to deal negotiation and customer handling. They pointed us in the right direction so we could do the appropriate pre-purchase vehicle quality checks directly at the BMW service workshop of our choice. Once the vehicle cleared these, we had a seamless handoff and delivery process where they arranged for a full vehicle polish and unwrapping. Even once the sale was complete, they went above and beyond to help us out with the registrations, insurance and various post-sales processes. It is a family owned business and you always felt that they put an emphasis on building a relationship that would last a long time.
