Yesterday I booked an Alfa Mini and came to the Etgo Mahindra showroom. I couldn't find any 3-wheeler showrooms. I searched on Google for it, in Indrapuram, Dunda, or Mohan Nagar. I found Etgo. The staff is very nice, they talk very nicely, and they also explained the Alfa Mini to me clearly. There isn't a similar showroom in Ghaziabad. Thank you team Etgo Mahindra

Mahendra E-ricksaw and e-3 wheeler showroom. Poor customer handling service. The reception person is good with knowledge. They do not provide flexibility to take vehicle insurance from other companies. Even though they do not provide information regarding subsidy, they said they will claim the same at their end. Mahendra product is good with high range in single charge. 2 models available in e-3 wheeler but looks is not so good compared to Piaggio Ape. This is the only authorised shop for sale. Sitting capacity is too less, No AC working. Tuesday is off for them.
