Buying my Hyundai Creta from Dee Emm Hyundai felt less like a car purchase and more like ordering groceries on Blinkit--fast, smooth, and surprisingly satisfying! Usha zipped in with the quote faster than I could say "SUV," Ajay sealed the deal online with the finesse of a seasoned ninja, and before I knew it, I was at the showroom picking the color like I was choosing toppings on a pizza. Come delivery day, the car was ready, shining, registered, accessorized, and waiting for me like a bride at a Bollywood wedding--on time and dressed to impress. Bhavika then patiently walked me through the paperwork and apps without once rolling her eyes at my questions (a true superpower!). Hats off to Usha, Ajay, and Bhavika for turning what's usually a paperwork-heavy ordeal into a fun, five-star experience. You folks have officially spoiled me for all future vehicle purchases!

I'd like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the team at 'DeeEm in Time Tower Gurgaon' for their exceptional service. The staff there are incredibly amiable, engaging, and possess a wealth of knowledge about cars. A special mention goes to Swati, the sales representative, who is not only endearing but also remarkably diligent in her follow-ups. Although I didn't purchase a Hyundai, my interactions with the team, including Anuj and Ankit, infact the sales team there were very positive. They all went above and beyond to ensure that my decision-making process was both comfortable and seamless. Though i didnt go for Hyundai, but my best friend did, so i can vouch for their abilities and reliability.

I got my VERNA 2023 yesterday only, this is my first self own car, Talking about showroom-Spacious, availability of Vechile sare always there, they can minimise the waiting period as compare to any other ....Great service , rockstar supporting staff specially customer officer Mr. Avadhesh Chaudhary- Laudable support from him .
