Good experience. Issue with my infotainment system resolved which was pending for 2 years. Was very disappointed with Hyndai aftersales because of experience with Rama Hyundai and Koncept Hyundai. But Dee Emm experience has been very good.

A lot of push to directly replace large parts without diagnosing. Will not run OBD or sensor checks. They will try to fault you for not doing proper service and when you show them perfect service records they will say they misunderstood. Overall unimpressive. Did not even do basic checks before recommending a 25k part replacement
