Very disappointing first service ( car has only run 3700 kms)experience. I was charged ₹1716.90/-for lubrication, and Rodent repellent for Rs. 1994.20/-,the ₹750 cleaning charge was waived only after I questioned them why its being charged where its a first service. After reaching home, I found the front bonnet compartment was still dirty, showing the cleaning was incomplete. When I complained, I was told it wasn’t required now and that cleaning it later would cost ₹3,900 plus. Poor service quality, lack of transparency, and not worth the money. I expected much better from BYD.
