Dear Friends, good evening, wanted to share today’s Feedback of Brite Nissan both Sales and Service Team at Noida. My father had purchased Nissan Magnite Top End Automatic Model White Colour. Around a month back he had meet with serious accident, whereby major damage of car was there. Vehicle after remain was taken today from their service centre at Sector 60 Noida. Before purchasing the vehicle I had told the Sales Team that I want every thing to be included in Insurance, even Consumables Part. Which as per one of their Insurance Manager is there on Policy but under payment break up it’s not mentioned as per Magnum Insurance Company from where Brite Nissan has provided Insurance. As per Magnum Consumables are not covered in Policy and as per Insurance Manager of Brite Nissan it was. We were in tustle with both Brite Nissan Team and Magnum Ins Co but today while taking the delivery of the vehicle, Consumables were coming to Rs 15k approx. Service Manager of Nissan and Magnum Ins Co had given some discount on the same but after so much of discussion with both parties my father had made full payment that was to be done from his end for Consumables of Rs 15k. So just advice to all Nissan Buyers who take their vehicles from Brite Nissan to make sure they have every head mentioned with the amount in Insurance part while taking Insurance from Brite Nissan. If possible do not go with Magnum Insurance Co, it will be better that either go with some other Ins Co or buy Insurance from outside and show the Sales Team the Insurance taken for ur vehicle..

I was about to buy Nissan magnite from here but couldn't buy because of some personal reasons but they refunded token money without much harrasment I had bad experience in similar situation with Tata showrooms in general. But they handled it very professionally.

Their service before sales is good, after sales response is very poor. The sales team often doesn't pick up calls regarding vehicle registration. Only if you have patience can you reach out to them; otherwise, you might consider choosing another car brand. Additionally, their RTO process is very slow, and you will have to contact their superiors to get an update.

Another Pathetic Experience even before buying or even visting the showroom, I went to experience the Nissan Magnite directly to the showroom which was showning as open open status at Google maps, to my surprise it was closed and when I tried to share my feedback to the concern team, the lady on the call took it personally an dropped the call in between. @nissanIndia kindly imporvise

I went to the Nissan Meganite showroom, Sector 15 Noida to exchange my Maruti well condition 12 years old top model car and get meganite, as from last 3-4 months the sales team of Nishan was calling continuously, When the valuation of my old car was done in this showroom, it felt as if these people were asking for a car for free. This showroom disappointed me.

Fraud Alert !!! They are big bunch of frauds. Avoid buying from them. They missed to deliver my booked car twice and third time when my car was to be delivered yesterday they were handing over wrong model to me. They are reckless and very very casual in their approach from day 1 , specially their sales man named Ishmeet and sales manager Pushkar who have cheated us big time. Do go by their promises they will fail to follow any thing they commit. Big frauds. They have not refunded me the booking amount also completely and asking us to wait more and more at every delivery date. They gave us wrong bogus Invoice with pring of higher model and name of lower model Beware and make you purchase at your risk.
