Recently purchased Pre owned BMW 330i 2019, not satisfied with their services. I had to follow up for every single thing. “Zero follow up by them”. They decorated the car but it wasn’t clean, kidney grill and all had dust. I asked them to wash it fully before delivery but they insisted that the car is already clean and polished. But it wasn’t good. Could’ve been better. Also offered some useless car cleaning accessories to make up for price bargain. Instead they could have offered better accessories. They didn’t even give me options to choose. They still have not provided few things and I’m still following up for the same. Things I liked, - Saravanan from Finance team is very good. Very good follow up and timely. - Karthick from Car exchange team is very good. - Marshall from new car sales team is very good. (He is the one suggested me the good car)

Wow ! The one word to describe the service offered by Ramakrishnan. We moved from UK recently and did not want to buy any new luxury cars. After deciding for used car I then approached Ramakrishnan for buying a luxury used car. He asked for my budget and gave the few options that was available. He further added that he will be updating more cars in the coming days. We liked a BMW luxury line sedan. Sales person feed lies about the pre owned luxury cars and persuade to visit the showroom no matter how far it is , to come see the car which is either accidental or needs an expensive and quote exorbitant prices. Please do not waste your time in this place

All good but delivery of car was very cheap organised they should have just handed over the key. A cheap cake a cheap arrangements dulled our delivery experience.for documentation. You have to chase them for getting our RC transferred we were not getting any information once we started pushing they started moving it. They said they will prepare the car from inside remove stains but nothing of that sort happened... Very average attitude of the staff for a BMW showroom u feel cheap here.my suggestion buy your car from where u want a experience of a lifetime.
