Very disappointing experience with Big Swing Honda service support. Repeated magnet coil issue in my Honda Activa despite multiple visits and extended warranty coverage. My scooter was kept for several days multiple times, and now again it has been lying at the service center for more than 12 days without proper resolution. The most concerning part is the wrong communication and lack of transparency in the service work. Earlier I was informed that parts were replaced, but now the service center is denying the same due to missing records in their system and asking for payment again. Extremely poor coordination, contradictory statements, and no accountability from the service team.
