Very good experience in buying car from this showroom of Tata Motors. The sales team is simply awesome and is always willing to help customers to the best of their abilities. Miss Shweta was my sales POC and she helped me through the process seamlessly. She was also able to negotiate a good deal for me on Insurance. Additionally her lead ensured that even on Rakshabandhan break, the car delivery happened in a highly accelerated manner. I paid for the car around afternoon 12.45 pm and was able to take the car around 4 pm [PDI was completed a day before] Their PDI head is a great person who helped me fix an issue that I encountered with my car immediately even post delivery [when I visited for number plate collection]. Other team members who were very friendly and helpful across multiple steps - Mr. Pavan Gautam, Miss. Ruchika [CRM Team].
