Absolutely pathetic experience at service center. Was promised 3 hours turnaround for service along with replacement of brake pads etc. for XUV700. The guys could not arrange a running part like brake pads and disc pad even after 6.5 hours of waiting at their showroom. Regretting not going to Koncept service center and wasting a whole day at their service centre. The waiting area is nice and clean though with regular pantry services.

I am planning to buy a new vehicle, I along with my family went to showroom on 20th May around 3:00 pm...and not a single person in the showroom either greeted us or tried to show us any vehicles. We stood there for 5 minutes and then left. Maybe we were not dressed appropriately. Anyone going there to buy, I would recommend to dress properly. PS: I am planning to buy a car, and now I know a place not to buy from. I will definately share a picture once I buy in mext couple of months. Edited to mention: Everyone in staff was on there chair, and it was not busy at all.

Very bad experience—informed they have 5 vehicle available - when you go for booking - they inform that they dont have a vehicle and you have to wait for 6 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous service and followup
