One of the most disappointing experiences I have had with a dealership. I was particularly disappointed with the way my matter was handled by Mr. Sumit Ahuja. The communication, follow-up, and sense of responsibility were far below what a customer should expect from a professional organisation. I had to repeatedly follow up for matters that should have been handled by the team themselves. Despite clearly communicating my concerns, I did not receive the level of ownership or support I expected. The entire experience was frustrating and left me extremely dissatisfied. Customer trust is built through commitments, communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience with AMP Motors did not reflect these standards. I strongly recommend the management review how customer issues are being handled and take appropriate corrective action.

No wonder they dont sell any cars. Booked my car 3 months back and was forced to pat 3 lacs booking amount by the advisor Namit and his TL Sumit. They promised the car will be delivered withing 2 months. It has been more than 3 months now and still the car is not even alloted. They lied about the discount first, went from 2.5 lacs to 1.5 lacs. 3 years back I booked the car with them as well which I had to cancel because of their false promises and this time I think I'll have to cancel again. Pathetic Showroom and staff.
