Comfort and ease of drive is better in C3 compared to Swift. It's more affordable than Swift. I drove 550 km yesterday in C3 naturally aspirated on highways and other roads without any fatigue or difficulty. I have driven 18000 km within 9 months and I am happy.

Engine and suspension is exceptionally good. Interior quality is like europian car. Issues starts with service centre, no good mechanics are there who can fix a basic rattling sound from door. I have sent my car 6-7 times to fix that issue but they are unable to fix. Service cost is on higher side though you can't expect proper service. Mailed Citroen so many times with reference to door rattle sound and to complaint about poor quality service but they never responded. Now I'm trying to sale the car but not getting good resale value due to the unpopular brand name and poor service

I own a c3x shine mt turbo variant. I really enjoy driving it. I have driven a total of 5000km as my car is just 8 months old. I have driven this car 700km at a stretch and i have not experienced any fatigue or tiredness. The suspension and engine is awesome. The features in this car is limited but all are useful for every day use and everything just works. You can cruise at a speed of 100 to 110km/hr all day easily. Till now I have not faced any problem and citroen service center in Kolkata is very supportive, still citroen needs to increase service centers and also needs to take care of the service quality.

Worst ever experience with my Citroen C3 shine turbo model car. Following are my concerns: No workshop nearby Worst staff Despite engine replacement other problems are affecting daily driving. Rubber parts are of very low quality App doesn't work Even staff doesn't have updated knowledge Customer care phone numbers are also not work If one workshop closed no update given to customer. For service i have to take my car to Gurugram as there is no workshop near me. It takes almost 2hrs to reach there. Incase of emergency you will not get parts as there is parts shortage. After service and part replacement same part malfunctioned but no solution given Buy some other brand not Citroen as they may leave India in few months

Very disappointed with my Citroën C3 purchase and after-sales service. I have faced repeated issues after CNG installation, including CNG missing, engine switching off while driving and CNG leakage from the filling valve. Despite multiple visits to the workshop, the issues have not been properly resolved. The CNG invoice was also not provided on time, and I faced delays in service and support. I also received unclear/wrong information regarding warranty and CNG-related charges before purchasing the vehicle. Customer care has not provided a satisfactory resolution despite repeated complaints. Overall, the after-sales experience has been extremely disappointing. I regret purchasing this Citroën C3 and would not recommend Citroën to others based on my experience. Vehicle: Citroën C3 – HR 36 AX 2038

Very poor mileage upto 9 kmpl or sometimes even less compared to the published catalogue claim of 19kmpl. Power is good, service responsiveness is good. Car rolls a bit at speeds exceeding 55-60kms.
